Darryl & Kenny (Part 6 - Missing Robin?)

Darryl woke up and found himself lying on the bed. He saw Kenny, Kelvin, Zac and even Lionel.

Kenny: "Are you ok, dear?”
Darryl: “Where am I?”
Lionel: You are in my hotel room… I figure it easier for us to get you here then send you to the hospital after all I am a doctor…”
Darryl: “Erm, I am so sorry to spoil the dinner for you…”
Lionel: “Hey, don’t say that… I am glad that you are awake… I am worried sick…”
Darryl: “You better go and attend to your guests… I feel so bad to have you attending to me…”
Lionel: “Don’t say that… Though it’s my wedding, I’m still a doctor by profession so I cannot let anything happen to you…”
Kenny: “ Lionel, I think you better go attend to the rest of the guest… We will head down shortly when he is feeling better…”
Lionel: “OK… I see you guys in a while…”
Kenny: “Kel, you should go down and enjoy the dinner as well… I stay here with him and we see you in a while later…”
Kelvin: “OK…”

Within seconds, all of them went out of the room and left only Darryl and Kenny…

Kenny: “Are you doing ok?”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Kenny: “Want to talk about it? I can sense something is not right…”
Darryl: “I just can’t hide anything from you huh…”
Kenny: “Well, I think you need to try harder then… It’s not so easy to do so if you understand what I mean… So I am waiting…”
Darryl: “This may sound ridiculous to you…”
Kenny: “I’ll be the judge to that…”
Darryl: “I saw Robin standing at the entrance of the function room after I finish singing…”
Kenny: “You saw?”
Darryl: “I don’t know what is what but after I finish singing voice shouting “Encore, Encore” and when I turned to that direction, Robin was standing there clapping and shouting… He even gives me the thumb up and applause me generously… Then I look at you trying to signal to you to look at that direction but soon he disappeared and the next thing I know, I am lying here… Dear, do you think Robin was really here watching me sing”
Kenny: “I don’t know but I do know he will always be here in you…” Kenny put his hand on Darryl’s heart…
Darryl: “I miss him…”
Kenny: “Me too…”
Darryl: “I am so worried that he will be gone in my life forever…”
Kenny: “It will never happen as long as you don’t forget him… All the memories you have with him will be here to stay for a long time… Don’t think it this way… Physically he may no longer be with us but everything else about him will be here with us…”
Darryl: “Everything that happens just now seems so real…”
Kenny: “I am no psychiatrist but I think it could be due to you really wanted him to be here to witness the love of the couple… Dear, I think maybe you are ready to seek professional help on this and maybe they can answer and give you a better study of what is all these visions that you see… it would be much better than us sitting here or at home wondering and pondering over such things that we can never explain”
Darryl: “I guess you are right…”
Kenny: “We can actually ask Lionel for some recommendation…”
Darryl: “OK…”
Kenny: “Why don’t you rest a little longer before we head down to join the rest?”
Darryl: “Nope let’s go and say goodbye to the rest… I think I just want to go home and rest…”
Kenny: “OK…”

When they are heading down, they saw Lionel coming up…

Lionel: “Hey… Heading down?”
Darryl: “Yup, I thinking maybe I should go back and rest…”
Lionel: “Yup, I think you should…”
Darryl: “Sorry again that I caused so much trouble tonight…”
Lionel: “You have given me the best gift ever to sing at my wedding… Hopefully it didn’t really stress you out that caused you to faint...”
Kenny: “It’s not that… Anyway, we will see you when you back from your honeymoon?”
Lionel: “About that… I only able to go honeymoon in 3 months time… I am heading back to work after 2 days of leave… That’s the life of a doctor…”
Darryl: “OK… Then maybe we got the perfect gift for you…”
Kenny: “Are you talking about…”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Kenny: “Good idea…”
Lionel: “What is it? How come I don’t understand a single word you guys are talking?”
Darryl: “You will know soon…”
Lionel: “Tell me!”
Kenny: “When the time is ready… you will know…”
Lionel: “Fine…”
Darryl: “I think we better get going already… Sorry again for the trouble…”
Lionel: “Can you stop him from apologizing? I am not angry…”
Kenny: “OK… Stop apologizing! Bad boy!”
Darryl: “Hahaha… Enjoy your baby making session later…”
Lionel: “Hahaha… Long started liao… Just after tonight got license to do it without pro….”
Kenny: “Ok… Stop there… Too much information… I rather look at live show… So will I be on invitation for the show… Hahahah”
Lionel: “Hmmm… That shall depend… Hahaha”
Darryl: “Gosh… All doctors are exhibitionists….”
Lionel: “Not all… only me… Wahahaha…”
Darryl: “OK OK… Enough talking already… You better go back to your wife else she may think we abducted you… Hahaha”
Lionel: “She is the one who ask me to check on you...”
Darryl: “Help me to thank her…”
Lionel: “I sure will…”
Kenny: “Dear, I think we should do it ourselves…”
Darryl: “You are right… Let go and say goodbye to them…”

And all of them headed down to the dinner area and both of them bid goodbye to their friends and headed home…

On their way home, they decided to use their business class tickets to France and change it into 4 economics ticket and give 2 of them to Lionel for their honeymoon… So the next day, they contact SIA to get the change done and inform Lionel about it… Lionel was ecstatic about the gift… They meet up and passed the tickets to Lionel…
