Love Is... (Part 42 - Sam's Day Out 2)

They were at Maxwell market eating the porridge and chatting then all sudden Sam say something about their conversation just now in Taboo…

Sam: “So are we heading back to the hotel or to your apartment for some fun?” Both Kenny and Darryl were shocked by the proposition…
Darryl: “You are serious about it?”
Sam: “Yup… So your place or the hotel…?”
Kenny: “Erm…” He looked at Darryl
Sam: “Well, both of you wouldn’t mind 3some right? It’s going to be fun”
Darryl and Kenny are totally speechless at this moment of time then Sam let out a laugh…
Sam: “Look at your face… So funny… Hahahaha”
Darryl: “You are joking?”
Sam: “Hahahahaha…”
Darryl: “Oh… We were just thinking of going to your hotel…”
Kenny: “Yes…”
Sam: “Really? You guys don’t mind…”
Darryl: “What is there to mind when we are just sending you back…”
Sam: “Oh… Thought we gonna have some fun together…”
Darryl: “Well, you already have your share of fun just now”
Kenny: “Anyway, we will pick you up tomorrow morning to go to Sentosa for some sun, sand and the beach… Say 930am ok for you?”
Sam: “Well I guess so…”
Kenny: “Trust me, tomorrow it gonna be even more fun then today because I will be there…”
Sam: “Yeah!!!!”

Somehow the Yeah from Sam has triggered an uncomfortable tingle in his mind that maybe the part about Sam interested in Kenny is true… During the ride from Maxwell to Hotel to Home, Darryl remains quiet…

Once home, Kenny asked whether he is feeling ok and Darryl replied that he is just tired and need to rest… So they showered and went to bed... Darryl feels safe when Kenny wrapped his hand around to hug him and he fell asleep in no time…

The sun was shinning through the window and onto Kenny face when Darryl opened his eyes… He looked at the time… It’s 8am then he turned to look at Kenny again before heading up to shower… But Kenny hold on to him and pull him back…

Kenny: “Lie down for 15 minutes more then we head to shower together, ok? Let me hug you a little more…”
Darryl: “Hmmm…”
Kenny: “Dear, I love you so much… Cannot imagine how to sleep without you beside me now”
Darryl: “Me too… Last night I thought you really keen in the 3some with Sam…”
Kenny: “No… I just say it for fun… Plus he is not really my type… You are…” He planted a kiss on Darryl lips and they hugged each other tightly…

Soon they are on their way to pick Sam… On the way, they discussed on the itinerary for the day which include breakfast at Seah Imm Food Centre then drive in to Sentosa for the beach volleyball and suntan after which they will then go visit some of tourist attractions on sentosa then will be dinner and more clubbing… So the whole plan was conveyed to Sam the moment he got onto the car… Sam was apparently very excited about the Sentosa trip that he was behave like a little boy during the car ride… It’s kind of hilarious though…

Once in Sentosa, they proceed headed to Siloso Beach for Beach volleyball… They were playing on their own until a group of teens come over to them to ask for a game together… But there is a bet on the game... The teens challenged the 3 of them to a bet of every single point lost in each game will be $5 each which mean is the final is 25 – 10… It will be $75 for that game…

The 3 of them discussed among themselves and agreed to the bet… They make it clear to the group that any money lost will need to settle immediately and no delays…

Teen: “Don’t worry about us… We will not lose a single game... Just make sure you have the money…”
Sam: “We have the money… But do you have the ability to take it from us?”
Teen: “You just get ready your money…”
Darryl: “Bring it on… 2 players each team, 25 point per game, Winner of 3 games win the match… Deal?” All nodded…
Darryl: “To make thing easier… We will have referee change for each game… OK?”

So they started with Darryl and Sam as a team, Kenny being the referee… First game, they lost 25-23, Second game win 20-25. Third game 15-25, Forth game 18-25… Darryl and Sam win the match… Total winning $110…

Darryl looked at the teens and said…

Darryl: “Keep the money to yourself; we are not in for the money… Just wanted to let you know don’t go around asking for bets because you will never know who your opponents are…”
Sam: “Anyway, I have yet introduce myself to you… My name is Sam Saunders, National Beach Volleyball player.” The teens thank them for not taking the money and left…
Darryl: “What a day…”
Sam: “Wow, you are really competitive as well...”
Kenny: “He’s born with it… He is always competitive since I know him… but in a good way though…”
Darryl: “But good game right…”
Sam: “Yup, they’re good… But we are better? So Kenny where are we heading for lunch…”
Kenny: “Sushi ok?”
Sam: “Love it… Let go but let go wash up first…”

After lunch, they went to a few tourist attractions like Underwater World, Image of Museum etc. Times flies and it is already dinner time, Sam suggested to have dinner at the hotel where he stay and also allowed him to change before heading out again for some clubbing… Both of them agree but this time round, they will be back at the apartment first before heading to the hotel…

After everyone freshen up and dinner is over, Kenny brought Sam to the club named Boom Boom Room. It is a cabaret club where drag queens will put up performance and stand up comedy for the audience… It was really fun and Sam was totally enjoying every moment… He was even invited on stage during one of the segment and dance with one of the performance… Very sporting…

They whole performance lasted till near 130am… But Sam wanted more as he is in such high mood… So he suggested going to Taboo again and they partied till 4am again… As it late and tiring for all of them, Kenny and Darryl decided to stay over at the hotel....

Love Is... (Part 41 - Party Time)

All 3 of them were back at Darryl’s place. Darryl excuse himself to go freshen up and get changed… Darryl was out of the bedroom and saw both of them chatting and laughing…

Darryl: “What so funny?”
Sam: “Nothing… Kenny was just telling me about the time you guys in Thailand and how you are pretend as a couple…”
Darryl: “I c… Dear, you better to freshen up as well…”
Kenny: “Well, I am waiting for you…”
Darryl: “I’m done… So go ahead…”
Kenny: “Yes Mdm…”
Darryl: “It’s Sir for you… Understand?”
Kenny: “Yes Sir…”

Darryl: “So Sam, I never heard you mentioned anything about your relationship… Are you seeing someone?”
Sam: “I was actually but then we broken up when I travelling to Australia for school because he don’t really believe in long distance relationship…”
Darryl: “Sorry…”
Sam: “Don’t be… It was like 2 years ago… So nothing hurt anymore… I lived past it…”
Darryl: “So seeing anyone now?”
Sam: “Not really, just taking easy until the “One” come to skip my heart again…”
Darryl: ‘I’m sure he will appear soon…”
Sam: “He already appeared…”
Darryl: “Really?”
Sam: “But he is seeing someone else…”
Darryl; “Oh… Well, another one will come by soon enough…”
Sam: “Yup… So where will we be heading?”
Darryl: “I have no idea… I just let Kenny drive and see where he leads us to…”

After Kenny freshened up, they headed out. Darryl let Kenny take charge and he just sits back and relaxes at the backseat… Kenny and Sam was chit chatting non stop then a sudden thought came into Darryl’s mind… “Will be the person Sam mentioned is Kenny?” Darryl was kind of shock by his thought as well… “Could it be?”…

Kenny: “Dear… Dear…”
Darryl: “Yes…”
Kenny: “What you doing?”
Darryl: “Nothing… So what you were saying?”
Kenny: “I was telling Sam that we are going to club hop tonight? What do you think?”
Darryl: “Hmmm… I think maybe we just do one or 2 tonight so Sam will have more to look forward when he come back again next round… Cannot show him all then nothing to show him next time… Hahaha”
Kenny: “True also… Wait he don’t come back here anymore…”
Sam: “I sure will come back… I promise…”
Kenny: “Hahaha… I was just kidding with you only…”
Sam: “Hahaha… Anyway, I think we should just go some today else will be rushing like sight seeing… No time to enjoy?”
Kenny: “OK, then I knows where to bring you already… 3 clubs with walking distance… So get ready to party…”

Kenny parked his car along near Maxwell Market and then they walk toward their first destination “Why Not”… But Sam seems to have an issue with the crowd… They were there for only 1hr or so… and they left for Taboo, it was better and Darryl saw some of his friend there but the most comical thing that happen that night was Darryl saw his boss topless dancing…

Darryl: “OMG… Look, Dear… It’s Dave!”
Kenny: “Which Dave?”
Darryl: “My boss!!!!”
Kenny: “Where?”
Darryl: “On the dance floor... You see him?” Darryl decided to turn away to avoid eye contact from Dave…
Sam: “Hey, what going on?”
Kenny: “Darryl’s boss is dancing topless on the dance floor”
Sam: “Your boss is gay…”
Darryl: “I think so but everybody in the office claims that he is divorced.”
Sam: “Hey this is going be fun… I’ll be right back.”
Darryl: “Hey, where you going?” Sam gave Darryl the cheeky look.

Within moment, Sam came back with a tissue on his hand…

Sam: “Guess what I just got your boss number… Yea, this is going to be fun.”
Darryl: “What you going to do?”
Sam: “Don’t worry… I am just gonna have some fun…”
Kenny: “You like him?”
Sam: “Nope, he is not my type... by the way, how old is he?”
Darryl: “I think 50…”
Kenny: “Same age as your dad”
Sam: “Damn, he don’t look anything passed 40”
Darryl: “Shit, he coming… Dear, block me…”

Darryl turned his back around and pretend to be non existence at all but then all of sudden, Sam turned him around…

Sam: “Dave, this is my friend, Darryl”
Darryl: “Hey… it you… What a small world” Dave seems shocked and Darryl didn’t get any response beside the blank stare… Darryl tap on Dave shoulder

Darryl: “Are you ok?”
Dave: “Yes… Didn’t expect to see you here?”
Darryl: “Me too…”
Dave: “I don’t usually come here but one of my friends from overseas insisted I come…”
Darryl: “Don’t worry… Your presence here is safe with me… Go enjoy yourself… I’ll see you in the office on Monday…”
Dave: “Sure” Without a second word, Dave disappeared into the crowd…

Sam and Kenny were looking at each other and let out a laugh…

Kenny: “You are good…”
Darryl: “What?”
Sam: “Pretending like you don’t care… “
Darryl: “Damn you… Why go get his number for?”
Sam: “Fun…”
Darryl: “Well, sorry to screw up your fling… I guess he is coming for you and wanted a bang but of me…”
Sam: “It ok… I’m not keen anyway… Just want to see how fun it will get…”
Darryl: “Enjoying?”
Sam: “Definitely… Shall we dance?”
Kenny: “Let go…”

For the rest of the night, the 3 of them stayed in Taboo to enjoy and danced… On and off, they bumped into Dave and exchange brief conversation… Before they left, they saw Dave sitting on the couch with another young guy in tow…

Sam: “Look like your boss is getting lucky tonight…”
Darryl: “You want?”
Sam: “Huh? With you or Kenny or both? I don’t mind… Hahaha”
Kenny: “Hahaha… I don’t mind either…”
Darryl: “Sorry wor not with us but with Dave… I just tell him u are keen with him…”
Sam: “No thanks… I rather do it myself… Hahaha”
Darryl: “Let go and find some food… Hungry…”
Kenny: “OK let go…”

The next day, Darryl woke up early and sent Kenny to his seminar… Before Kenny alighted, Darryl reminded him that he will be waiting for him for dinner regardless of timing…

Kenny: “So where will you be?”
Darryl: “Not sure though… I am so clueless on where to bring Sam to… Too bad you not coming”
Kenny: “Ok… I get going… I’ll call you once I’m done to check where you will be…”
Darryl: “OK…”
Kenny: “Enjoy… Love you…”
Darryl: “Love you…” Kenny gave Darryl a kiss on the lips and alighted…

Darryl was driving to pick Sam up and his phone rang…

Darryl: “Yes, Dear…”
Kenny: “Nothing much here so just gives you a call… You are heading to pick him up?”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Kenny: “Oh…” Sensing something not quite right, Darryl asked…
Darryl: “Anything you want to say?”
Kenny: “Erm... Nothing…”
Darryl: “You sure? You sounded like you got something to say…Come on, so what is it?”
Kenny: “Will you be….”
Darryl: “Yes… Dear… I am waiting…”
Kenny: “Will you be going to his room?”
Darryl: “Well, if he invite me then of course I will…”
Kenny: “Har…” Darryl let out a laugh…
Darryl: “Hahaha… You worry he seduce me is it?”
Kenny: “Erm…”
Darryl: “Don’t worry I will think of you when I doing it… Hahahaha”
Kenny: “What! You are not helping…”
Darryl: “Relax, I picking him at the lobby and likely we will be out whole day… Then I will wait for you to threesome together… More fun… Hahahaha”
Kenny: “Ya ya…. Thanks for making me feel better… Hmph”
Darryl: “Hahahaha…”
Kenny: “Bye Bye…”
Darryl: “Hey, I know what to do, what not to do ok? Thought you have faith in me…”
Kenny: “I have… but then… I still feel weird…”
Darryl: “Don’t worry ok… You go enjoy your seminar and I will see u this evening for threesome… Hahahaha”

Eventhough Darryl was laughing out loud, he still feel kind of romantic and sweet that Kenny cares so much for him…
Sam was already waiting for him at the lobby when Darryl arrived…

Darryl: “Good morning, how you doing today?”
Sam: “Doing good so far… But will get better later…”
Darryl: “Good thought… So Mr Sam, how can I be service to you today… Any places you like to visit?”
Sam: “Actually, I have no idea that why I asked you along… So you can be my tour guide…”
Darryl: “Oops… Think you going to have a disappointing day ahead… Hahaha…”
Sam: “It will not as bad as just walking around aimlessly alone right…”
Darryl: “Hmmm… True… Have you taken breakfast?”
Sam: “Nope… I am all yours today…”
Darryl: “Serious? Don’t regret…”
Sam: “I will not…”
Darryl: “OK then, I shall bring you breakfast first and then I try to plan the route for today as well…”
Sam: “OK… You are the tour guide…”

Darryl then drove to Bedok Hawker Center and order some local breakfast for Sam… Darryl slowly planned out the route for the day… He decided that instead of bringing Sam to all the place of interest… He is going to bring Sam for some sightseeing instead… So for the next few hours, both of them travel from Little India to Geylang Serai to Chinatown…

Sam: “Oh my… Singapore is really multicultural… Within a few hours, I have seen Indian, Malay and Chinese cultures… This is really fun”
Darryl: “Well, I guess it beats going to the zoo and places like that…”
Sam: “Yes… you are a good tour guide…”
Darryl: “Thanks…. So don’t forget to tip me handsomely later… I’ll be waiting for my big tip from you… Hahaha”
Sam: “No problem…” Both of them laughed… “So what next?”
Darryl: “Hmmm… Are you hungry?”
Sam: “Not exactly, we had quite a heavy lunch just now…”
Darryl: “If you not hungry, maybe we go and do some shopping… You don’t mind right?”
Sam: “Not at all… I can get some stuff too…”
Darryl: “OK…”

As they are driving along, Kenny called…

Darryl: “Dear…”
Kenny: “Where are you now? I done for the day already…”
Darryl: “Oh, we are heading to do some shopping for my working clothes at Robinson City hall… I go over to pick you up first?”
Kenny: “OK…”
Darryl: “I be there in like less than 10min… See u at the entrance…”
Kenny: “OK”
Sam: “Kenny?”
Darryl: “Yup… We pick him up then have dinner together later…”
Sam: “OK, sure… I heard from mum… You two have known each other for like 20 years?”
Darryl: “Yes… It funny it took us so long right?”
Sam: “Well, it just the right time and right moment…”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Sam: “How I wish I can have my own Darryl to be with?”
Darryl: “Huh…”
Sam: “Nothing… Just feeling envy…”
Darryl: “No need to be because yours will come by real soon…”
Sam: “Hopefully…”

After picking Kenny up, they head over the Raffles City to shop in Robinson for some clothes before settling at the Kopitiam at Westin Stamford for dinner… Darryl and Sam were updating on their day together and showing Kenny the pictures that they took…

Kenny: “It sounded so fun… Wasted I miss it…”
Sam: “Yes, I must say your boyfriend here is really a good host and tour guide…”
Kenny: “I have to agree on that… Hahaha”
Darryl: “Hey, why are you so proud? I am the one getting compliment...”
Kenny: “Listen to what he say, your boyfriend… So he is saying that I have taste in guy” All of the laughed….
Kenny: “So when will you be heading back?”
Sam: “On Monday…”
Kenny: “Tomorrow is Sunday, maybe we can do something together… What you think, Dear?”
Darryl: “That a good idea…”
Sam: “Yes… But am I taking away your time together…”
Kenny: “Don’t worry, if you are, I will tell u to go away… Hahaha”
Sam: “OK, so I guess I am still safe at this moment…”
Kenny: “Yes…”

After the dinner, Kenny suggested that it would be fun to bring Sam for a visit of the colourful night life of Singapore… So Darryl drove Sam back to the hotel to freshen up before heading back to his apartment for a change of clothes…

It's nice seeing you again after such a long period of time... But i guess u never change a single bit... You are still the same old person who never say goodbye when you leave...Tonight you did the same... Just leave again... I seems to be just s substitute in your life due to loneliness... Nothing means more than your lover... When you are with him, i became a nobody to you again... Not even a friend... Again i was being ignored...

I was worry about you that i actually follow you out of the club to ensure you are safe... Then i saw that you are just going to look for your lover... I just plain stupid to care and worry for you... For all you know, i just a nobody... In fact, i am hurt that i don't even deserve a goodbye from you...

Seeing you tonight does make me feel much better... Not because of seeing you, but more that i realise you are just somebody that people cannot really put their trust on you... Seriously, i was really pissed off by your actions again and again... And i am not happy...

What you take me as? Somebody when u in brunei then yo here yo there because u just bored... Or a friend that can talk... I no longer sure who are you anymore... I no longer sure what you say is true... All the things you have done and said has put question marks on me... Frankly speaking, i am very disappointed with you... very disappointed...

Seriously i am thinking whether having you as a business partner is the right choice anymore... I need to be able to trust you... But then these few days make me realised that i can't trust you...

I thought that i'm your friend but guess i was wrong....I'm more like a toy to you... Play with me when you are bored but once occupy, you will throw me aside.... Cos you realise that there is no use for the toy till the time you are bored again...

All i want is some respect from you as a human being but i guess you will never respect people beside your lover...

Actions speak louder than words... Your action has really showed it to me and I finally see the true you... The one that cannot be trusted. The one that i no longer fixating on, the one that treat friend as toy... The one that never show respect to others...

You told me that you want to be mature but then again i can tell you look can be change but not mentality... People show maturity not from the look but from the mentality and also their personality... You are just not there yet...

I'm sorry but i guess i need time to think about the business partner thing and also the so called friendship we have...

Another 2 months had passed by since the Phuket trip and today is vow renewal ceremony for the Saunders. Both of them decided to dress in full white with purple ties.

Kenny: “Dear, you look handsome…”
Darryl: “I know… Always am… You not that bad yourself…”
Kenny: “Huh… Only not bad… You really don’t know how to compliment people lor…”
Darryl: “I need to keep you in place, right?”
Kenny: “Win already lor… Using my words…”
Darryl: “Is it my fault to have such good memory…”
Kenny: “Ya ya… Are you ready?”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Kenny: “I drive?”
Darryl: “OK”
Kenny: “Are you nervous?”
Darryl: “No… Why? You nervous?”
Kenny: “Ya… Kind of… Because later need to give the speech…”
Darryl: “Just relax… And be yourself… You will do good…”
Kenny: “Thanks, dear… Love you…”
Darryl: “Let go…”

Soon they arrived at CHIJMES (the ceremony location), parked the car and proceed to look for Sam…

Sam: “Wah! You guys look like you are the one going through the ceremony”
Kenny: “Do we have time for that?”
Sam: “Will try to squeeze in some time...”
Darryl: “Don’t listen to him... So when he going to give the speech…”
Kenny: “Oh man… Don’t remind me of that… Having butterflies in my stomach now…”
Darryl: “Well, you are being asked to give the speech so just relax…”
Sam: ‘Yup, Ken… Nothing big… just something simple and sweet… You will be the first to speak during the reception later… Darryl, can I just go through some stuff with you…”
Darryl: “Sure… Dear, I’ll be right back… You’ll be ok?”
Kenny: “No… but I am trying…”
Darryl: “I won’t be long…”
Kenny: “OK…”

Sam guided Darryl to a corner and goes through the itinerary with him for the reception as well the performance…

Darryl: “I really don’t understand how you guys can convince me in doing this…”
Sam: “Well, let just say we are very resourceful… hahaha”
Darryl: “Ya… No deny about it…Even Kenny is helping you… So I am seriously outnumbered”
Sam: “Anyway you look really good today…”
Darryl: “Thanks…” Darryl blushed.
Sam: “Hope to know you better.”
Darryl: “Well, we are friends… You can always both of us out when you are in town”
Sam: “I guess so… Maybe we can get together tomorrow... I am thinking of going sightseeing around town…”
Darryl: “I check with Kenny and let you know later…”
Sam: “Sure…Do you need to do some rehearsal?”
Darryl: “No need… I really hoping I will screw up and then Suzanne will not ask me to do it again…” Both of them laughed…

As the ceremony will be starting, Darryl went back to Kenny and sit by his side…

Kenny: “So what does Sam talk to you about?”
Darryl: “Nothing just my performance allocation as well as asking to do some rehearsal… Oh, he also mentioned that he need company tomorrow as he like to go sight seeing as Dave and Suzanne will be heading for their second honeymoon tomorrow morning… So you ok with the idea?”
Kenny: “Tomorrow? I can’t…”
Darryl: “Oh… I almost forget tomorrow you have a seminar… Anyway, I have yet to agree so I can always reject him later…”
Kenny: “Not so good… Why not be a host and bring him around?”
Darryl: “You sure?” Darryl looked shocked
Kenny: “Why? I need to have faith in you, right…”
Darryl: “You sure?”
Kenny: “Yes… Very…”
Darryl: “But joined us for dinner ok?”
Kenny: ‘Yup, I will call you the moment I finish my seminar…”
Darryl: “Love you…”
Kenny: “If not who else…” Both of them smiled…

The ceremony started… Suzanne was really beautiful in her gown and Dave was dashing too… The ceremony was beautiful and the vows that they have written was so touching that Kenny become teary while listening to them… He hold on to Darryl hand tightly and trying to control himself… Darryl looks at Kenny and gives a pat on his hand... Soon it time for the reception....

Darryl: “You ready?”
Kenny: “Yup... Just touch by their love for each other...”
Darryl: “I understand...”
Kenny: “Hopefully, we will have our 35years together too...”
Darryl: “Maybe...”

Sam: “Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for attending the vow renewal ceremony of my parents, Dave and Suzanne Saunders. To start the reception, i would like to invite a close friend of my parents to give a speech for today occasion... Please put our hand together for Mr Kenny...”

Kenny: “Thank you, Sam... I am indeed very honoured to be invited by this lovely couple to witness their 35 years of undying love for each other... Well, i din really know that for that long... But i am most amazed by the love for each other when i meet them in Phuket just 2 months ago... it was just a short 5 days trip for me and my partner but then we hit off just like we been knowing each other for the longest period of time... It was just a wonderful way to have a holiday... Both of us would not ask for more... Being here today, it bring me hope, it show me the light at the end of my love tunnel that nothing is impossible for love... And because of them, i am now hoping for my own 35 years of commitment with the person i loved most in my life... Today we are here to celebrate not just for their undying love, but also to celebrate the hope that each of us is hoping and our own 35 years... So to Dave and Suzanne Saunders... Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... I love you.... Congratulation!” Crowd applause and Kenny returned to his seat...

Darryl: “Wow where does that come from? This is not what you rehearsed last night...”
Kenny: “Is it bad?”
Darryl: “Nope... you did well... I am proud of you...”
Kenny: “Thanks, dear... love you”
Darryl: “I love you too...”

Just 2 months ago, my parents met him in Phuket, he charmed his way into my mum heart and after a song dedicated to my parents for their 35th anniversary, we are all here to witness their love for each other after 35years... Kenny: “No… Don’t take it out please… I’m sorry… I’m sorry…”
Darryl: “It’s not that, Ken… It just that I think we really make the decision to commit too fast too quick…”
Kenny: “No… It was not fast… I have been madly in love with you for the longest period…”
Darryl: “ I know…”
Kenny: “Then what do you mean by too fast too quick…”
Darryl: “It like since we decided to be together and within one week, we are like committed… We didn’t really go through any dating or whatsoever… Everything just happen too fast…”
Kenny: “But everything was ok before this right…”
Darryl: “Yes… I cannot deny it?”
Kenny: “Then what is wrong? You don’t love me?”
Darryl: “I do… and I always will…”
Kenny: “Then what is wrong? Is it because of my jealousy? I can control it, I will to handle it properly…”

Kenny was shaking with tears flowing down his face. Darryl move up and hold him tightly in his arms.

Darryl: “Calm down… Shhhh… Shhhh… I’m here”
Kenny: “But you are thinking of leaving me…”
Darryl: “I’m not leaving you and never will…”
Kenny: “Promise?”
Darryl: “Yes… It just that we need to calm down and think”
Kenny: “But you said we just take the day as it is…”
Darryl: “Yes… But”
Kenny: “Then why now we need to think again… So what is what now…”
Darryl: “I….”
Kenny: “You know since being a couple, I never regret one day of it and look forward seeing you everyday… I never regret telling you how I feel and how I wanted to be with you..”
Darryl: “I know…”
Kenny: “But just now when I see you with Sam, I feel so left out and all of the sudden, I scared you will leave me for another person… It really set in to my mind… I never have this thought before… I was petrify by the thought… I know I should have control myself but then the thought was so scary… I don’t want to lose you…”
Darryl: “This is what I am trying to say… If this relationship is going to result in we losing each other and no longer in talking term… I would rather stay as where we are for the past 20 years… At least I know, we have each other for the rest of our life…”

Kenny seems to realise what Darryl is talking about and stop crying…

Darryl: “I cannot deny that my love for you is more than what a friend has… I never regret the day that I exchange the ring with you… But yet I also cannot deny that I am scare this relationship will make me lose you forever… I am confused too…I love you so much, Ken… You can never imagine what I will do to myself if I going to lose you forever”
Kenny: “I love you too… and I am sorry”
Darryl: “Don’t be… I really don’t know anymore…”

That night, no other words were being exchange… They hugged each other and just sat near the windows looking out at the swimming pool… Nobody say anything about the fight anymore but then both of them seems to have something on their mind… It was a sleepless night for both of them…

Kenny: “Dear, can I ask you something?”
Darryl: “Yup…”
Kenny: “So what now for us?”
Darryl: “I don’t know… What are you thinking then?”
Kenny: “I just know that I am madly in love with you…” Darryl smiled…
Darryl: “Me too…”
Kenny: “So are we ok…?”
Darryl: “I guess so… Maybe let slow down a bit and see how it goes…”
Kenny: “Are you still angry with me?”
Darryl: “I am not in the first place… Just don’t like you being so childish and jump into conclusion…”
Kenny: “You are not? But you are so angry…”
Darryl: “So you want me to be?”
Kenny: “Ermm… Maybe… Because I know you will be there to keep me in my place…”
Darryl: “So I am suppose to be angry now?”
Kenny: “No…”
Darryl: “Then why ask?”
Kenny: “Just need to be sure…” Kenny gives a silly smile.
Darryl: “Are you tired? You didn’t sleep the whole night…”
Kenny: “I am ok… You?”
Darryl: “I ok too… Want to go to pool for some sun before we head back to Singapore?”
Kenny: “OK… I go get ready…”

*Ding Dong* Doorbell ring… It was Suzanne.

Suzanne: “Hi…”
Darryl: “Hi…”
Suzanne: “I just drop by to see whether you guys would like to have lunch together later before you leave for the airport… Our treat…”
Darryl: “Ermmm…”
Suzanne: “Anything wrong?”
Darryl: “Nothing… Let me check with Kenny... One moment”
Suzanne: “Sure”
Darryl: “Su, Kenny is ok with the idea but we are going for a swim and some sun first… We will meet you at the restaurant?”
Suzanne: “Great… What time is your flight?”
Darryl: “We only be leaving around 5pm from here”
Suzanne: “So let meet up at 1pm”
Darryl: “OK. We’ll see you there…Bye”

They spend almost 2 hours by the pool before heading back to the hotel to get ready for the lunch. On their way back, they saw Sam who greeted them and brief conversation was exchange…

Darryl: “Are you going to be ok?”
Kenny: “Yes, I am… Why ask?”
Darryl: “Because Sam will be there…”
Kenny: ‘I have faith in you after last night…”
Darryl: “What a change…”
Kenny: “Of course… I need to be perfect for a perfect guy like you…”
Darryl: “Ya ya… Let go back and get ready… Maybe can catch a nap…”
Kenny: “OK…”

Soon it was lunch time, Darryl and Kenny wore matching T-shirt and Bermudas... The Saunders were already there when they get there…

Darryl: “Sorry we’re late… We kind of overslept from our nap…”
Suzanne: “Don’t worry… We just reached… Let order some food…”
Kenny: “Sure… Am so hungry”

They chatted and it was really a very relax lunch for all 5 of them...

Suzanne: “It been so nice to meet up with you guys here… Sadly to say you are going back to Singapore so soon…”
Dave: “We seem to like know each other for so long eventhough it only 5 days…”
Kenny: “Well, I guess fate does have it way around people…” All agreed in unison…
Suzanne: “When will we meet again?”
Darryl: “Well you can en-route to Singapore before heading back… Plus you are having your vow renewal in Singapore so I guess it won’t be long to meet up again…” All laughed
Suzanne: “Darryl, I was wondering whether I can have the honour for you to sing at the ceremony.”
Darryl: “Well… ermmm…Maybe you should engage professional for such lovely ceremony…”
Sam: “Darryl, we have actually talked about it and in fact, I did source for some myself… But mum said that you are the reason they decided to renew the vow so it would be really meaningful for you to sing for them again… So will we have the honour?”
Kenny: “Dear, you have my support for this…”
Darryl: “It’s going to be hard to reject you guys right?”
Kenny: “Well, you will be outnumbered too if we decided to cast a vote…”
Darryl: “Hey you are suppose to help me instead…”
Dave: “Well I guess he is up for the idea too that why he is helping us…” All laughed…
Kenny: “Why not you think about it first? Then maybe you can give them an answer say by next week so they can go ahead with the arrangement with or without you?”
Sam: “Yup, do think about it…”
Darryl: “OK…”

Love Is... (Part 37 - The Big Fight)

For the rest of the trip, everything goes well for the two of them… They will have their own activities in the morning and afternoon but then when it comes to evening, they basically will meet up with Dave and Suzanne… It turns out to be quite a routine for both of them eventhough it is just a 5 days trip…

No major surprises so far until the last evening at the dinner… As usual they meet up with Dave and Suzanne at the restaurant… But today there was another person in at the table by the time they arrived… A dashing young man sitting next to Suzanne…

Suzanne: “Over here…” Kenny and Darryl sat themselves sat themselves down
Dave: “Let me introduce you to my son, Samuel… Samuel, this is Darryl and that is Kenny…” Handshakes were exchanged…
Suzanne: “Sam will be here for the next few days while we travelling to Bangkok for a short trip before meeting up again to travel home together…”
Kenny: “I see… So you be going to Bangkok the day after tomorrow right…”
Suzanne: “Yes… Sam actually makes the trip down earlier so as to spend sometime with us before heading back to Australia for school…”
Kenny: “Nice… No wonder you been smiling all night long…”
Suzanne: “Oh well, I just miss my son…”
Kenny: “So sweet…”
Suzanne: “Let order some food and chat over dinner”
Kenny: “Sure”

Everything seems nice and comfy for all of them but not that way… The moment Darryl and Kenny reached back the room… Kenny exploded

Kenny: “What are you doing over the dinner?”
Darryl: “Having dinner
Kenny: “You are f**king flirting with Sam…”
Darryl: “Are you out of your mind? Since when did I do that, I was just having my dinner and having conversation with him?”
Kenny: “No, you are literally flirting with him that you totally ignore my presence…”
Darryl: “What the hell are you talking about? You are sitting next to me and was holding my hand every now then… Even if I want to ignore you, it not possible right?”
Kenny: “There you finally admit… You want me out of there so you can be with Sam alone…”
Darryl: “I am not doing anything I am guilty of…”
Kenny: “Of course not guilty, you are totally enjoying it…”
Darryl: “I am just being friendly to him… Nothing more and nothing less… If you think this is too much for you… Then you should have got me out of the place instead of pretending to enjoy it then come back and start shouting at me…”
Kenny: “I AM NOT SHOUTING!!!”
Darryl: “Then what is it you are doing now? Tell me what your bloody problem is… I am the same as I am before everything, we were in Bangkok and I treated that waiter the same as I treat Sam… But you have not problem with it then… So why now?”
Kenny: “Because we are a couple and you should know what you should do and what you should not do?”
Darryl: “But what did I do? Tell me what I did that you see as unacceptable…”
Kenny: “You… You… You… You are just flirting with him…”
Darryl: “Very lame right… If having conversation equal to flirting, then I must be damn busy because I have conversation with so many people in a day… If you consider that as flirting then I should consider you as cheating right…”
Kenny: “When did I cheat?”
Darryl: “Because you got body contact with the snorkelling coach…”
Kenny: “He was just telling me what to look out for… That not cheating…”
Darryl: “Then I was just talking to Sam… That not flirting as well… So why the hell are you making such a big fuss?”
Kenny: “Because you are mine…”
Darryl: “Since when I become yours exclusively… I am committed to you but that doesn’t mean that I cannot have friend and make any conversation with other people just because you are unhappy or you think that I am flirting… If I flirt, I need not do it in front of you so that you can confront with your insecurity...”
Kenny: “I am not insecure...”
Darryl: “Yes, you are… You are just being childish in this…”
Kenny: “I am not…”
Darryl: “Yes you are… You are just childish to let your jealousy get to you…”
Kenny: “No I AM NOT!!!”
Darryl: “Then what is it? TELL ME WHAT IS IT?”
Kenny: “I just don’t want to lose you…”
Darryl: “So if it is not insecurity then what is this that you call?”
Kenny: “I…. I … I…”
Darryl: “Answer me… I made a vow to you with this ring… This ring that is on my ring finger since that day and have not even left me at all… You took it out during snorkelling claiming that you don’t want to lose it… Did you see me making a big fuss out of it? Now I am only talking a friend’s son and you make such a big fuss out of it… Maybe this relationship thing is a mistake… We should not have started… It's just all wrong…”

“Good evening, I am very honour to ask by this wonderful couple to be on stage to sing for them… Tomorrow, this wonderful couple will be celebrating 35 year of marriage… So I sing, I would like to propose a toast to you, Mr and Mrs Saunders… It is fate that brings both of you together and it is not easy to go through 35 years of your life together and you have proven that it is possible… And I am sure your love for each other only will grow stronger and stronger each day… Happy 35th Anniversary and many more years to come… Ladies and Gentlemen, can we put our hands together to welcome this lovely couple to the dance floor for their anniversary dance…”

It was the most romantic night that Darryl has live for the past 20 over years… He never expect that things can get so out of the norm but yet it was something that he will remember on for the rest of his life….

He looked at Kenny and Kenny looked at him… There seem to be a common thought through their mind…

Back in the room.

Kenny: “Dear, do you think we will have our 35th year together?”
Darryl: “Don’t know…”
Kenny: “Do you want it?”
Darryl: “Don’t know…”
Kenny: “Why don’t know? Because you don’t love me and you don’t want to be with me…”
Darryl: “You think too much…”
Kenny: “Then why you say don’t know?”
Darryl: “At this point of time, there is no definite answer… Nobody will know what is going to happen in the near future… So why put stress to each other?”
Kenny: “What you mean by stress? You are feeling stress when with me?”
Darryl: “Haiz… Not that… I just feel that if we keep thinking about it, it will add stress to each other… Don’t you think? Plus also we are in a position that not everybody will accept for who we are… So why not let just enjoy each single day and see how far we can go.”
Kenny: “I guess you are right...”
Darryl: “Frankly speaking, I don’t deny just now on stage when I look at you, I do hope that we can like Dave and Suzanne. 35 years and still so in love with each other… Looking at them, it does give me hope of being together... But then again, can we withstand through the storm is another concern…”
Kenny: “I understand what you mean… The road in front may not be easy but as long as we are there together, we will pass it through smoothly… Because true love doesn’t come easily…”
Darryl: “So let just enjoy every moment of it together for as long as it lasts…”

*Ding Dong* The door bell ring… Darryl got up from the bed to open the door… It was Dave and Suzanne

Darryl: “Not at all… Kenny is just taking a shower…”

Darryl: “Not at all… Come in and have a seat…”
Dave: “Don’t worry… We just come by and give you this… Happy Birthday”

Suzanne: “Don’t mention it at all… It just something simple… Plus you have given me the best present for my anniversary…”
Dave: “Yes… Just know while we are dancing to your song… We have decided that we are going to renew our vow after 35 years together…”

Suzanne: “That why there is another purpose for us to come here…”

Just then Kenny walked out of the shower…

Kenny: “Yes… “ Walk out only with a towel and was shocked to see Dave and Suzanne…
Darryl: “We have company…” Darryl smiled…
Kenny: “Oops… Pardon me… I go get myself dress… “
Suzanne: “Don’t worry about it…We are leaving soon…”
Kenny: “No No… No problem… Come on in…”
Darryl: “Ya… Come in and have a seat…”
Dave: “We wouldn’t want to disturb you…”
Darryl: “Not at all… Come on…”
Dave and Suzanne: “OK…”

They sat down and chatted… Kenny was surprise with the news…

Kenny: “That called for a celebration… Don’t you think?”
Darryl: “Yes it does…”
Kenny: “Let me go get some bubbly…”
Dave: “Don’t trouble… We will have more time to celebrate… Why not we have dinner tomorrow evening together?”
Suzanne: “That’s a fantastic idea... Are you guys ok with the idea?”
Kenny: “Should not be a problem… Dear, you ok with it?”
Darryl: “Yes...”
Dave: “OK… So let set it then… Will see you tomorrow at the entrance of the resort say at 7pm… And we travel out dinner…” All agreed…
Suzanne: “OK, it kind of late so we should properly get going and let you guys have your time together…”
Dave: “Yes, we should… So we see you guy tomorrow…”
Darryl: “OK”
Kenny: “OK”

After they have left, Kenny looks at Darryl…

Darryl: “What?”
Kenny: “I really cannot believe I’m not just married to a superstar… I also married to an angel…”
Darryl: “What you talking about?”
Kenny: “Did you hear what both of them say?”
Darryl: “Yes, they are renewing their vow and wanted us to witness it…”
Kenny: “Before that, they said you make them want to do it…”
Darryl: “No… They din say it…”
Kenny: “While we are dancing to your song, we decided to renew our vow…”
Darryl: “It not me, it the song… I’m sure… There will feel the same if someone is singing it…”
Kenny: “But this time round, it you… You are an angel send to me…”
Darryl: “Stop being so mushy… I going to shower…”
Kenny: “Somebody shy…”
Darryl: “No, I am not… Just need s shower…”
Kenny: “OK, let go shower…”

Without a second to react, Kenny sweep Darryl off the floor and headed to the shower…

Love was in the air… Couples were kissing, dancing and enjoying every moment of it… Kenny looked at Darryl and planted a kiss again…

Soon the song was over… The crowd applause and cheer them on… Darryl took Kenny hand and walked down the stage… As they walked by each table, birthday wishes were given by almost everyone they walked by…

They sat down at their table…

Kenny: “You really touched me with your voice, dear…”
Darryl: “I did so badly… And you say you are touched…”
Kenny: “OMG… If you think you sing badly then I must be disastrous already…”
Darryl: “Don’t try to console me… I know myself well…”

Just then the emcee approached their table, followed behind him is a couple in their 60s… Both Darryl and Kenny look at each other puzzled…

Emcee: “Mr Darryl… This is Mr and Mrs Saunders… They are celebrating their 35th anniversary tomorrow and would like to invite you to sing a song for them…”
Kenny: “OMG… I am now married to a superstar?”
Darryl: “Sorry…” He looked at Kenny
Kenny: “I have nothing to do with this… I am not in any part of it…”
Mr Saunders: “Pardon us for the bluntness, Mr Darryl… “
Darryl: “Just Darryl will do…”
Mr Saunders: “OK Darryl… I’m Dave Saunders and this is my wife Suzanne Saunders…”
Darryl: “Please to meet you…”
Dave: “Just now when you sing with Mr Kenny here… My wife, Suzanne, is just mesmerized by your voice…”
Darryl: “You are flattering me… I am just an amateur embarrassing myself on stage…”
Suzanne: “You are just being humble… I really like your voice and really hope you can do us the honour…”
Dave: “You see… Tomorrow is our 35th wedding anniversary and it is fated that we are here tonight and happen to here you sing… Of course, we will not insist that you will do it but just hoping that maybe you will give us a perfect 35th anniversary…”
Darryl: “I… “
Kenny: “Dear, I think you should sing... It could be the best anniversary for both of them…”
Darryl: “Really? But what if…”
Kenny: “Don’t think anything will go wrong… It is fate that we meet them here tonight right and more importantly it their 35th anniversary… How many 35 years you can spend with your loved one? It will mean a lot for them and also for you… How many couple in your life that you have meant can stay in love for the past 35 years?”
Darryl: “I know what you mean…”
Dave: “So is that a yes?” Darryl nodded…
Darryl: “Any song you have in mind…”
Suzanne: “We will leave the song choice to you… We are just happy that you are going to sing for us…”
Darryl: “But on one condition…”
Dave: “How much?”
Darryl: “I am not asking for money… Just want to see both of you on the dance floor for the song I am going to sing…”
Suzanne: “No problem… I been looking forward to this for the whole night”
Darryl: “Just give me 5 min to relieve myself…”
Dave: “Thank you very much…”
Suzanne: “Thank you…”

Love Is... (Part 34 - The Dinner)

Lying at the sun bed enjoying the sun near the pool sipping cooling cocktail was really nice and relaxing… “Nothing beat this…” Darryl said to Kenny who nodded in agreement.

After the swim and tan, they head back to the room to freshen up before dinner… They wore matching T-shirt, Bermuda and shoes… It is like a fashion statement to the world that is unfamiliar with them that they are a couple. It was kind of fun though…

They head out for dinner at one of the restaurant in the resort… It has a wonderful and delicious spread of food… After the dinner, they went to a performance put up by the staff with some guest participation. It was totally fun and enjoying for them…

Halfway through the performance, Kenny excused himself to the gents… Then the light dimmed…

“Happy Birthday to you… Happy Birthday to you…. Happy Birthday to Darryl… Happy Birthday to you…” And it repeated the second time… Darryl looked around for Kenny… But he was nowhere to be seen… Then it repeated for the 3rd time…

“Happy Birthday to you… Happy Birthday to you… Happy Birthday to my love… Happy Birthday to you…” There he was standing on the stage holding the mic… Darryl looks at him with astonishment. Birthday cake was delivered to Darryl’s and the DJ of the night announced on Darryl’s Birthday and requested Darryl to close his eyes and make a wish… Darryl opened his eyes and Kenny was standing in front of him with a bouquet of calla lilies as well as a birthday gift…

Kenny: “Blow the candles” Darryl blew the candles and requested the staff to cut the cakes up for everyone to share… He looked at Kenny who is giving him a apologetic look…

Darryl: “You just have to do it, right?”
Kenny: “Sorry, I have already planned for it so it kind of wasted to cancel it, right?”
Darryl: “Yes Yes…”
Kenny: “Don’t be angry ok… Happy Birthday…” He presented the presents and flower to Darryl.
Darryl: “Thanks.”
Kenny: “Open up and see whether you like it…” Darryl opened up the present and it’s a bracelet… “You like it?”
Darryl: “Yup… Can promise me no more surprises..?”
Kenny: “About that… Just one more for the night… Just a song”
Darryl: “You have already sung it already right…”
Kenny: “Not yet…”

Kenny walked up the stage and music sounded…

Kenny serenaded the crowd with his voice and he actually got a standing ovation for his performance… Darryl looked at him in awe… Kenny walked to him and planted a kiss on his lip…

Darryl: “I never know you can sing so well…”
Kenny: “That because we have not been to a karaoke before…”
Darryl: “This is a pleasant surprise…”
Kenny: “Oh well... I am happy that you enjoyed my performance… Do I have the honour to sing a song with you then…”
Darryl: “Now?”
Kenny: “If not when…”
Darryl: “No la… Your standing ovation will turn into fainting ovation the moment I open my mouth”
Kenny: “Come on… I have heard you sing in the bathroom this morning… It’s not that bad…”
Darryl: “Everybody who sing in bathroom is not bad that why we choose to sing in bathroom…”
Kenny: “Come on... For me?” Giving Darryl the puppy eyes…
Darryl: “Ok Ok… But don’t regret…”
Kenny: “I will not for sure…”

Kenny went to the DJ and requested for a song. DJ announced to the crowd and the music sounded…

Love Is... (Part 33 - Phuket Day 1)

While on the cab, Darryl suddenly remembers that the resort had actually arranged to pick them up from the airport… Guess both of them are just too excited about it that they have totally forget about it…

Finally they reached Club Med Phuket… They are being welcome by the staff with the welcome drink… They are being showed around by one of the staff who gives them a brief introduction of the facilities and also the program for all guests…

After leaving their luggage in their room, they headed for their first Spa treatment which they have booked earlier…

Kenny: “Kind of funny going for Spa treatment now…”
Darryl: “Why so? It is going to be fun.”
Kenny: “Not saying that… Just feel that we have not done any activities yet beside sitting in the plane…”
Darryl: “Oh… Hahaha… I guess it should be ok… Come on, let just go enjoy ourselves ok…”
Kenny: “OK…”

The whole spa treatment lasted for 4 hours which include massage, scrub, facial as well as Jacuzzi etc… After the Spa, they head out of the resort for a stroll down the beach… It was really nice and relaxing for both of them… They sat on the beach and chatted

Darryl: “Dear… Thanks for the birthday present…”
Kenny: “But I have yet to give you anything…”
Darryl: “I am just happy you are here with me…”
Kenny: “I always here for your birthday... Nothing has change except that we are no married…”
Darryl: “Committed…”
Kenny: “Dear, I always wanted to ask you…”
Darryl: “Ya…”
Kenny: “Why do you always have to shot me down whenever I said you are married. Anything wrong?”
Darryl: “Actually I have nothing against this word… It’s just that to me. Marriage is a piece of paper which mean nothing to me and to me it just too much hassle… The fact is we are not really married… You can called it whatever you want to called it… Civil Union, Marriage or whatsoever… But what really important is the commitment that we have for each other… A commitment from me to you and a commitment from you to me till death do us part… Nothing more and definitely nothing less… That why i rather use committed than married… What is the point of marriage without commitment?”
Kenny: “You know, Dear… Since being with you as a couple, it makes me realise that you never failed to amaze me with your words, your thought, your action… It only make love you even more everyday and motivate me to work harder to keep you by my side… So worried that someone will just take you away from me…”
Darryl: “Well, I guess you have to work harder then…. I am smoking HOT!!! Hahaha”
Kenny: “Ya ya… Having said that… Are you really happy I am here with you?”
Darryl: “Yup… I don’t need fancy party for my birthday… Something like that simple and relaxing will be the best that I can look forward to… No drinking till hangover… No clubbing to late… No BBQ… No partying… This is the best already…”
Kenny: “Since you say so, then I shall save your birthday present to next year…”
Darryl: “Huh…”
Kenny: “No wait, since I will be there for you every year so I shall not give you anymore present from now on because you are happy with me around you, right?”
Darryl: “Huh…” Darryl looking disappointed…
Kenny: “OK, that shall be it… No more present from now on…”
Darryl: “OK lor… “ Darryl looking very disappointed now…
Kenny: “I feel a bit hungry… Shall we head back to the resort for some light food and then maybe swim…”
Darryl: “OK…”

So they make their way back to the resort…

Love Is... (Part 32 - Darryl's Birthday)

The story is now being fast forward to June 2002 when it was Darryl’s birthday. Things have been good to the both of them without any major issue that cannot be worked out.

Today is Darryl’s birthday and Kenny has planned for a short trip to Phuket. Kenny stayed over at Darryl’s place on the night before…

Alarm ranged… Darryl woke up and prepare himself before he wake up Kenny to prepare… He went into the shower and started to sing a happy birthday song to himself…

“Happy Birthday to Me… Happy Birthday to Me…. Happy Birthday to Me (Dear)…” He looks out of his shower curtain and saw Kenny…

“Happy Birthday to Me (You)….” Kenny jump into the shower and planted a kiss on Darryl…

Kenny: “Happy Birthday, Dear…”
Darryl: “Thanks… Why you wake up so early?”
Kenny: “Because I was being woke up…”
Darryl: “Am I too loud…?”
Kenny: “Nope… The alarm is… Hahaha…”
Darryl: “Oops… Sorry…”
Kenny: “No need to be… Anyway something else is waking up also…”
Darryl: “What?”
Kenny gives out a cheeky grin and looks downward.
Darryl: “Hey…” Darryl blushed and turned away.
Kenny: “What!!! No need to be shy lar… See same same…”
Darryl: “Don’t want to see… Need to shower…”
Kenny: “Hahaha… Still so shy…”

After the shower, they do some minute activities before heading to the airport… It was already 7am and their flight is at 9am so they took a cab to the airport. Everything went on smoothly and soon is time to board the plane…

Darryl: “Dear, are you going to be ok?”
Kenny: “I am ok… Why you ask?”
Darryl: “Because we are on a plane…”
Kenny: “I am trying to overcome it… So let me concentrate…”
Darryl: “OK… Let me know if you need me…”
Kenny: “I always need you…” He leaned forward and planted a kiss on Darryl’s lip.
Darryl: “People staring…”
Kenny: “Let them stare… They are just jealous…”
Darryl: “Behave yourself…”

The flight to Phuket was quite fast to be exact and this time round, Kenny did not show any sign of fear as of last time… Soon they touched down in Phuket.

Darryl: “This is going to be a fun birthday for me… The sun, sand, beach and of course Men!!! Yeah!!!”
Kenny: “Hey Hey, your lover is right next to you…”
Darryl: “So what... hahaha…”
Kenny: “Good mood right… Later you will know…”
Darryl: “Dear, it my birthday… So just enjoy ok…”
Kenny: “Of course but just behave… You are a married man…”
Darryl: “When I married?”
Kenny: “Look at your hand…”
Darryl: “Damn… the ring… Let me take it out…”
Kenny: “Hey…” Kenny stops Darryl
Darryl: “Hahaha… Kidding only…”
Kenny: “Naughty…”

They boarded the cab and went directly to the resort….
