Seriously till now, Darryl has no idea what is install for him today as Kenny has been very secretive about everything… He steal a glance at Kenny and all he see was him smiling to himself… Darryl can no longer take it… The suspense is eating him up…
Darryl: “Dear, can I know where we are heading?”
Kenny: “Somewhere…”
Darryl: “Like where?”
Kenny: “You will know soon…”
Darryl: “Can at least hint me a bit…”
Kenny: “NOPE! Just let me concentrate on driving…” said with a cheeky smile…
Then at a traffic stop, Kenny turned and looked at Darryl…
Kenny: “OK… I need to blindfold you so that you will not know where we heading…”
Darryl: “Why so secretive? Can’t you just tell me?”
Kenny: “Nope… I planned this for the longest period of time…”
Darryl: “1 week?”
Kenny: “It way longer than that… I had been dreaming of being with you and loving you for the longest period of time you can’t even imagine… So now that I finally with you… I want to fulfill this dream of mine… So just do it for me, please?”
After listening to this, Darryl just give in and let Kenny put on the blindfold… Sometime, Darryl wondered why is he so soft hearted toward Kenny? But then seriously hearing what he have said, it just warmed up his heart and find no excuse to reject him….
After another 10min drive, the car came to a complete stop… All of sudden, a feeling of excitement grew into Darryl… His heart of pumping real fast…
Kenny: “Dear, you wait here for a min… I’ll be back to pick you up…”
Darryl: “Where you going? Don’t leave me here blindfolded…”
Kenny: “Scared I throw you here is it?”
Darryl: “Well I can take out the blindfold right…?”
Kenny: “NO!!!!... Stay where you are and don’t peeped”
Darryl: “OK OK… So fierce…”
Kenny: “I’ll be back…”
Time passed minute by minute, Darryl was so tempted to peep at the surrounding but yet he restrained himself from all the temptation… Soon, the door opened, Darryl felt a hand holding on to his and a voice said “Please follow me, Sir”... It was a long walk from the car and no words were exchange… Then Darryl heard a voice… “Sir, you have reached your destination… Mr Kenny will be here shortly…”
Darryl was starting to find the suspense a little too much for him to handle… Where is this place and why so mysterious? He needs to see it himself… Just when he is going to lift up his blindfold…
Kenny: “Hey Hey… I said don’t peep right?”
Darryl: “Seriously how long this is going to be? I am a bit bored by it already…”
Kenny: “Don’t be because it worth the wait…”
Darryl felt Kenny hugging from the back and whispered
Kenny: “Are you ready?”
Darryl: “Yes…”
Kenny: “Happy Anniversary, Love…” He slowly removed the blindfold….
Darryl was speechless… Darryl was brought to tears…
